Service Description
Partners is a construction services marketplace connecting customers with verified vendors in Sweden. We facilitate quotes, milestone payments, and project management.
User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials.
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Keep your account credentials secure
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Vendor Obligations
Vendors must meet the following obligations to maintain their account:
- Deliver work to a professional standard
- Complete projects within agreed timeframes
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Maintain valid insurance coverage
Customer Obligations
Customers are expected to:
- Provide accurate project descriptions
- Make payments according to the agreed schedule
- Provide reasonable access for work to be completed
Payment Terms
All payments are processed securely through our platform.
Milestone payments
Projects are divided into milestones. Payment for each milestone is held in escrow until the customer approves the completed work.
Platform commission
A 10% commission is charged on each milestone payment to cover platform costs and payment processing.
Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises, both parties can submit evidence through our platform. Our admin team will review and resolve the dispute fairly.
Limitation of Liability
Partners acts as an intermediary between customers and vendors. We are not liable for the quality of work or any damages resulting from the services provided.
Termination
We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through our GDPR deletion process.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Swedish law.
